blueeyedbeauty87.. I haven't been "out" either way with lot of people. Lot of people I know when I lived in Chicago knew I was bi as well. But being back to Florida where I grew up and I haven't been able to share that with any one.

Your situation shouldn't really affect your co-workers or your friends because they say they are your friends and they accept you for you then they should act like it but if they act like the way do toward you now are not a true friend. If you are dealing with discrimination at work then you have every right to report them in to your boss and tell them this is what happening and if they don't do anything about it then you will file a compliant against them. Usually you can win against this because by law they are not allow to have that in any job don't care what you are because that consider abuse. NO deserves to be treated like that.

You are right there is nothing wrong with you. You learn to love you and say you love what you love about yourself that is a positive thing to say about your self and keep it that way. Don't let jerks treat you like you not worth loving yourself for. Hey maybe they just don't love themselves like you love about yourself at least it say something about them and maybe they got a bad relationship or a suck one that they act so miserable towards you because you got what you love about you.

NO do not hide !! Stand up and be proud of who you are !! Show them a$$ Holes you are worth more than them. Show them you are proud of who you are and you are teaching millions of people out there that they can do what you do and there is nothing wrong with them.. If you hide then you are allowing them to win and you are only hurting yourself. It not worth it.

Find a new friends until then don't be too friendly with the people you work with when they say oh they are your friends but really they are not if they are going to treat you like that...

several states do not have sexual orientation as part of their discrimination laws so check that first aslo. If its possible to move to a state or area in kentucky where it is more gay friendly id suggest doin that. its a change but soemtimes for the better. dont think where you are is gay friendly but theres a church in kentucky who is in hot water for being against interacial marriages. Small minded people think small minded across the board. That is why discrimination needs to jut go away. i also just read that asians do not check that box when applying to colleges becuz theyre held to a higher standard isnt that strange. I
